Pictures are very good, the overall organization of the book is good, and the concise recipes and bonus tips are fabulous. Recipes include times to prep, cook and cool/release so judging overall times to prepare a meal are a snap. This is a great supplement to the rather skimpy cookbook included with the Instant Pot. Lovely! Try it!!
I bought this book as a gift for my mom. Now this is her favorite cookbook. Cooking in an instant pot saves her time. A variety of dishes for every taste, namely breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, meat dishes, fish and seafood, vegetarian dishes, legumes and grains, side dishes, soups and stews, desserts. A large selection of dishes will satisfy every taste.

This cookbook, approved by the InstantPot inventors, looked great online as I scanned the Table of Contents for recipe categories and especially for alternative protein recipes with beans, whole grains, veggies, and seeds. With 550 recipes, it appeared to fill the bill.After loading the book on to my Fire tablet, I was soon very disappointed. Ingredients are not listed in the order they are used in the recipe (grrrrr....). There a large number of recipes that were the exact same recipes (down to identical spices, measurements, and prep time) with a different kind of bean. Or "cheesy potatoes" four or five ways. The rest of the recipes involved a lot of preparation and cooking just the qinoia for 1 minute in the IP, then mixing it in with the potato salad, limy potato salad, broccoli salad, etc. And THEN there are recipes that are included in the small recipe book that came with the IP.I'm very disappointed. I'm glad it is on Kindle, so I can delete it and free up some room.
